Cold Sands by 牧云岚卿(Mu Yun Lan Qing) tells the story between a prince and a low-rank deputy general turned war prisoner. Han Xin, a general from the Great Rui is captured by Murong Yu, the prince of Great Yan and despite the ongoing war between the two nations, the two find solace and companionship. Two completely opposite personalities clash and yet at the same time they are able to balance each other out. Although the two know their fate cannot be avoided, a forbidden love story is born between the two.
